Honorable Morris, on behalf of the UTA and our extended families in Todee district/Liberia, I extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to you for your dynamic visionary leadership in ensuring most needed developments in our district! We heartily commend the donors for providing the funds and means to enhance the construction and rehabilitation of those most needed bridges and of course the engineering team, technicians, Laborers and volunteers who contributed in the ongoing development effort for betterment of our citizens.
